Well, all that I did was use (before tibEd) Final alert for some nice jokes on the map and a lot of demoturcks etc.
Then when I downloaded tibEd I stored it on disk first and couldn't find it anymore.
So I downloaded it again and let the computer open it after download completion.
Then it worked but I didn't have Tiberian sun.
