If anyone can answer they will for sure be the smartest, most computer capable human I have come across to this point in my life.
Just wondering if you tried calling support for your computer or from westwood on this problem. I`ve had some problems with other games when they dont play. Only way I`ve fixed it is looking at the installation Handbook and/or Readme.file for common problems. But other than that I have no clue on helping you. 
But Im sure someone can have a guess on this.
