Well, its actually quite simple to edit units such as your Mirage Tank example. Download TibED to do it! But for example to build a Crono Ivan you would have to set the Tech Level above -1. And set the Sides you want to have it. I really am not shure about the oil derrick thing, cause im probably just a bit above beggining, so I know how hard it is to get good help.
