Did you click and use add changes to game? If this work to get rid of those changes click remove changes from game.
Or if you made a mod file just add it into your RA2 directory.
Hmm... you asked for C@C 95. I have no clue if this option is in that editor. 
I would still think the changes would just need to be in the RA directory.
