I would add to NASTLH BaseNormal=no since its not a reg. base unit because of the -1 tech level needed. Maybe deploytime is needed. Others like BuildCat, Owner, Crewed, Capturable, and AIBuildThis might be needed. As long as Prerequisite=BISNBADVTEC is the building needed to build the unit then everthing should work. but Its always something extra missing.
