use xcc mixer, find your wanted VQA film , right click on it
umm... and if i remember correctly you will se option to extract it in some movie file AND JPEG file..
well you'll see then chose DivX 4 codec extraction/converting and THATZ IT.... you will only have to wait a few min(s).....
