You can't have that happening. You have make a new mcv and a new construction yard for your side with roughley the same options. And for the origional mcv make it owned by your side and add all your buildings to the main building prequestie list or whatever. And also make the normal refinery and silo available to your side. Also on that allow multiplayer start thing only allow the origional mcv, the new mcv and 1 other unit, to make sure you get the old and new mcv no matter what. The old mcv will deploy but it wont let you build anything but you need to have it or it wont work.
O yea, and make sure you added the side correctly
