I'm new at using TibEd and so I tried to build a new unit for Red Alert 2 (an infantry type unit) and it worked fine, but when I tried to build an Airforce building for the Russians, it just simply does not appear. I edited the Allied Airforce Command building to be on the Russian side and be required only to have a Barracks building so it could be built but it doesn't appear. I also checked every other thing that might prevent me from building it but nothing appears in the Structures Tab in the game or in any other Tab. What could be wrong?
