If you are looking for a flying unit... Copy the stats of the Harrier, then change the image to the unit you want, then change the other stats for that unit.(speed,sight,weapons)
Now if I remember right the bombs of the kirov travel up and down so you would need a hover type unit to drop those. You could just copy that weapon and change the projectiles stats to remove the vertical drop tag.
