You have to put your mod on all pc's. If the other pc's don't have TibEd:
copy the files Rules.ini, Art.ini, RA2.CSF and EXPAND??.MIX/ECACHE??.MIX to the other pc's game folder. Note that for Yuri's Revenge, there is 'MD' in the name (RulesMD.ini, ArtMD.ini, etc).
