Note that with Finalsun or just a map you that came on the game or you got out of a game on Westwood, you can update your changes in Tibed by hitting (File>Save Changes to Map)/.
You can check and the units that have been updated to the map by opening the map in Finalsun and hitting (Edit>INI Editing). Here you can select catagories and view changes in values. You can also do some limited cut and paste here for manual editing if you don't have the full version of Tibed.
