The Laser Fence option is not in use for RA2/YR. But you could use the SHP of the Laser Fence and Laser Post from TS. It would pretty much be like a wall. Building the Laser Post and then another to make the Laser Fence section.
I dont know if the Firestorm Fence tag works or not. But it`s there in the INI.rules. But you would need to make the Fire Storm Generator Building and then replace one of the superweapons since we cannot make a new one. Then you would need to make the superweapon just like from TS. Adding Recharge=yes for the weapon. Then set the Firewall Section in the general INI.file. Also adding to the Audio / Visual rules and Combat and damage rules sections for the Firestorm Wall and art/control of the weapon. But again I dont know if this will even work.
