Yesterday i playing with an player, name

a cheater
He's side is america ,he build an (green) black eagle's,even he's base colour is blue
they can fired the maverick with nuke.I knew, that one,with nuke maverick,is easy too make by using tibed ,i can do it too
When he destroyed my base, then i am game over.So i have already these map in my directory,then i choose american side, just like him and host these map on my room,butt when i in game with other players, and i try too build an green black eagle's butt they are not there why!!!!!!!!!!
