An INI.file of the rules of each would help in your search. You could extract those rules with tibed or the xcc program. http://xcc.tiberian.com/
There is a mod coming out that is working on having all sides from past games. Such as GDI, NOD, Russia, Yuri, and some others with their own army. RA2 Retaliation I think is that version...
