hmm, i know what you mean, answer is NO, C&C tiberian dawn is made different than C&C tiberian sun/firestorm, first C&C is made like game with game scenarios and events automated, but to do this in Tiberian Sun you MUST have FinalSun map editor and you must made an event for that, but it wont be the same as you want it...
