Well there can be some ways that you can take care of the problem.
You can remake the map
In FA2 INI editing delete the things that you have added.
In Tibed remove the changes from the game.
and for part two... if it affects gameplay and you dont like it, change and/or delete it. Its you map it should be the way you want it.
