No. People wanted it because they could blow up voxels (make bigger). However, if you want to make a voxel smaller, you'd have to combine "dots" and that will give horrible results.
I'm not going to code something that won't work.
Or if you want it to just make it 2 times smaller, but remove the dots instead of combining them (you lose lots of detail), that might be possible.
