You need two graphics for the SEAL: SEAL and SEALA, but only SEAL exists as an actual unit (under [GHOST]). Put in AlternateArcticArt=yes. This tells the computer that when playing in artic conditions look for SEALA graphics. In the Art.ini this is a completely separate unit from the SEAL art stuff.
Eg:
In Rulesmd.ini
[SPETZNATZ]
...
Image=SPETZNATZ
AlternateArcticArt=yes
In Artmd.ini
[SPETZNATZ]
Sequence=SPETZNATZSequence
...
[SPETZNATZA]
Sequence=SPETZNATZASequence
...
Then do two sequences for them, they should be the same though, just different names.
