Every unit has an 'art object' attached. Normally, it has the same name as the identifier (look under the cameo, the uppercase text). Some units have the Image= (see page General #1) property, which attaches them to a different art object.
Now look in the Art.ini for your art object - it has a Cameo= property which controls the cameo. (and AltCameo for elite cameos)
