Well for the rail guns go to the Particles Section and look for LargeRailgunPart and SmallRailgunPart. Change the ColorList to the colors you want. ColorList=(200,200,200),(150,150,150) this is for the first and second stage of the weapon after its fired and all you see is the cirled effect. You can start out with one color and end in another. You can also go to the Particle Systems and change the LaserColor of the railguns. This is for the main color when shot.
