I think its the warhead it uses. It would need AA=yes.
Only down fall to this is I think the you wont be able to attack the plane with the cursor while its in the air. But if a enemy plane is nearby it will fire at it. Sorry, dont know much on TS rules even though they are pretty much the same in RA2.
