Well the apache really dont have a image so this could be why.
The Hind Transport should be buildable if you change its techlevel to 1-10, RequiredHouses, Owner, and Prerequisite.
For any transport change the SizeLimit to what is needed for units to enter. Set at SizeLimit=3 and infantry and normal tanks can enter. SizeLimit=6 anything can enter (like a mcv).
