You're going to have some problems with this, but...
1) Save the mod to the game with SunEdit2k.
2) Select "Import changes from game" in TibEd.
You should now have your mod... but I would have a look with the Changes browser to see if everything went OK. The problem with this is that you loose all comments - because SE2k removes them.

Guides, guides, that rings a bell. I was writing them shortly before 11th September. Haven't done antyhing since then.
