G'day:

Was checking out TibEd - nice piece of work. Just for a test
to make sure it worked, I changed cost of GI to $5. Well,
when I started game (single plyr, skirmish, Isle o War) I
had like dozens of GIs. Whoa! Looks like there's some
multiplier that not in rules.ini or whatever. Or, is there
another .ini that has to be changed also? Increasing strength
also didn't seem to do anything.

Also, changes are evidently saved with a saved game, unlike
original RA rules where changes were dynamic. Correct?

Anyway,was just wondering what using TibEd "buys" me other
than a nice formatting of the rules.ini file - if one knows
how to edit the file already. Can I make functional changes
that will even the "playing field", so to speak?
In RA1, I found that one could make the weapons more powerful,
increase range, site and speed, and maybe decrease cost of
some items. Pretty much the same with RA2?
