for Tib SUn i know a few people that are AI geniouses and will be willing to help.
for Yuri Revenge it is the same thing.

look for the RA2 section and post you Q's there. Banshee (TS) and Jim Bob (YR) both go there often and are truly geniouses when it comes to the AI. It can take some time in learning it buut it is easy once learned (a second language)
