Try out the trouble shooting readme file from RA which should be in the directory. If a no go check out any guide for you video card. And if still a no go ask a near by store which sells computers. They could give a quick answer on what the problem could be.
I had a problem once with a game. What I had to do was mess with the hardware performance which was running at slow speed. (Control Settings/Display/Settings/Advance)
