Make a map with FinalAlert, and make a backup copy of it.
In TibEd, make some changes, then select "Save to map" from the File menu, and select your map. Note that you can't remove changes from maps! So that's why you make a backup copy.
Also, you cannot add new units in maps, only change existing ones.
