Download the XCC Tools and open the Sound Editor in the menü on the top. There you can listen to all sound files. If you want to add new ones you need the XCC Editor. Finally you have to insert the names of the new files into the Sound.ini and then you have to edit the names of the new sounds into the Rules.ini
