If you made changes to the game bring up tibed and look under edit for "remove changes from game"
After you do that if you still want to uninstall tibed open the Tibed Folder. Find Uninstall and double-click it.
Note if you Uninstall tibed and dont remove your changes whatever you change may stay and there would be no way to remove those changes... unless you install tibed again.
