I fixed this in the RA2 editor but it seems I didn't in the TS editor. When you get the save to map dialog, type "*.mpr" first and hit enter. You'll now see your maps (alternatively you can also type *.map and *.* for all singleplayer and all files). Now you can select them.
This will be fixed in v1.53.
