Yes and No. You as a player cannot clone vehicles no matter what changes you do to the settings since it comes down to hardcoding. But for the AI if you clone a warfactory for the computer side they can. If the AI has two warfactorys they will produce two units of the same type from both factories.
Same goes for the construction yard. If the AI had two CY`s they will build the same building twice. So if they get done building a prism tower they will place two of them at once.
What`s crazy about this is if the computer builds a CY from three factories they will build very fast in little time.
