Unit settings from Tanya:
NavalTargeting=4
EnterWaterSound=TanyaEntersWater
LeaveWaterSound=TanyaLeavesWater
SpeedType=Amphibious
MovementZone=AmphibiousDestroyer
And you have to edit the art.ini entry for that unit so it has a InfantrySequence which is water-compatible. However, most units do not have water-art, so it will look stupid (best to not change the InfantrySequence then, but not sure if you must do that). Only Tanya and the Seal have that art.

Edit the Cameo= property of the Art.ini entry for your Boris to be TANYICON
