And an other problem for the elders.I added a new infitry unit(a .shp,duh) and in the game it works and there is a image there but it dosent change no matter what even if he is moving, its always just the same frame of him facing away how do i fix this? p.s. when i look at the shp in tibed it has all of the frames(fire,walk,stand,die) -thnx for your help
