ok here`s the scoop...
1. If you need to clone a unit for some reason then go ahead.
2. If you already have the Image/Voxel then use this too. 3. Make you changes... armor,speed,weapon. then make sure the tech level is at least 1.
4. Make sure you give the unit a county so it is able to be built.
5. Now you can save you changes to the game or use the ini.files in ra2.
6. After these changes you should be able to see and build your unit.
