i sorted the problem, it was finding which variety was the right tiberium to edit (in the tiberium varieties) which was the tiberium riparius!!
To find it out i changed the colour to Neon yellow (cant miss that)and to my mistake, in the options i Raised the value instead of lowering it (which in turn led to the tiberium growing slower!)
