The Chrono Legionnaire/Rocketeer: I don't know what causes this. Obviously there is something wrong with editing these settings, but the fact that they do work for a few games would suggest otherwise. It probably are the changes which cause this problem, but since the game works (and it doesn't crash), I would suggest restarting every now and then. Only Westwood would know exactly what causes this and they don't support editing

You need art of a deployed vehicle (in the form of building art) before you can make it Deployable, because it needs to deploy into a building (as it was with NOD artillery). Without this art, it's really problematic since you have to create it first.
