I'm afraid TibEd can't do it for you - importing from maps isn't possible.
You can open your map as a text file in a program like WordPad or Word (just don't add any markup, and save in plain text format!). You should find your changes in the map either at the bottom, or at the top. Just copy/paste them between maps. (optionally you can remove the [Digest] section if you want to, I'm not sure if it's needed).
