hmmm make sure you pick the tibed program needed. If you want to edit yuri`s revenge make sure you click on YR2. If you dont have these options you may need to upgrade tibed. Are you saving you changes to the game and then playing it? What changes won`t take effect? Making a new unit or voxel? Last thing I can think of is the new Red Alert Map Editor. Make sure you use the yuri edition so your changes can take effect. Hope any of these help.
