This will show you how to add sounds for infentry and tanks to RA2 & YR. first you need the sounds in WAV format. Then load XCC Mixer and lunch the sound editor then drag the wav files form the folder into the list of sounds and hit compact and then close it. the only other thing you need is the sound.ini entries.
