Under Warheads there is a option called CellSpread. You can spead the damage of the weapon up to 10 cells out. Anything over 10 I think crashs the game. There is another option called PercentAtMax. This makes the Damage fade outwards. Meaning those closer to the target gets the most damage. The effect of this can very from .01 to 1.
