My friend made this mod without an editor, he just edited the ini's manually. I showed him Tibed and he wanted me to make some changes to his mod using tibed. I said ok and went to import the rulesMD.ini file into tibed. It said Tibed is not responding. Am I importing right? Am i doing something wrong, or is it a problem with Tibed? Please help me!

It would be better to use a wordpad file to edit such a list. Most of the time this will happen to me also. To import any changes it would have to be a true mod. Not like the mod map your friend did. Because he just changed the ini.file in Finalert. Ini.files are different and will not be detected by importing. I have not seen anyone pull this one off but I could be wrong though. Lets hope so.
