ok that's easy
first you make a new building (assuming you know how to do this with the SHPS and shit I'm not gonna explain that)
now when you've done and setup everything, give your aircraft the dockingbuilding thing and give the specific name of that building (for example BomberBay instead of Garadar or something) now everything 'should' be fine. because the other aircraft are set NOT to land on your new structure they won't.
