Done? dunno, I think (with luck) there'll be a pre-release version out in about 2 months, but that's only if my computer stops being an idiot, and I can have enough time to do it.
The basic idea behind the editor is something like this:
You can add most of the rules.ini tags automatically (by insert => [tagname] or something) so you'll need a little knowledge of the rules.ini too.
but actually done? I wouldn't know
