Editing the cameo:
First, download XCC Mixer (http://xccu.sf.net). Find the cameo you want to edit in the mix files, then convert it to PCX, which can be opened by almost every painting/graphics program. Then, once you're done, convert it back to SHP (TS) with XCC Mixer (right mouse button). Then you can use this SHP in TibEd.
