extracter is build-in xcc mixer (picture, sound, movie) so you only need xcc mixer, but if you have all xcc utils then you probably have xcc av player and xcc mix editor, all this tools are powerfull enough to extract some files, just look around and you'll see
Hell is only a word... reality is much much worse.
