Yep, just make a new unit, copy the code (and edit the Prerequisites, countries etc), make a String for it, alter cameo and do the art (just copy from TS). Beware the cameos, the TS ones are 4 pixels too wide for RA2, go to mysanctuary.demon.co.uk for Blade's cameo tutorial on how to do it. You'll have to do the text too and remember the blue corners etc.
