hmm... changes in armor and speed shouldn`t make the system crash. What kind of changes did you do for the buildings?
Only time the game has crashed on me was...
1. com was hung up on new buildings. it just got confused and games ends
2. Making a new weapon with a new warhead. and you never added the warhead in the file. this crashes the game as soon as you make the unit.
3. make the new buildings so the com cannot make them. Ex AI build this = no. It may be building it and game crashes
