You can create new side ---> i have sucseeded in that
BUT you must edit some shit in Rules.INI
ALSO problem with as you sead when you start game that you LOSE at start is:
1. You havent edited that NEW MCV starts game WITH NEW side
coz every side must have at startup their mcv unit
2. You havent do something correctly
BIG shit with Tibed AND SunEdit (if you use them) is that they have SET default sides which means ONLY GDI,NOD,CIVILIANS AND MUTANTS so if you MAKE new side with manual editing inside INI files and you load that rules with tibed or se2k it will correct that new side and delete it so basicly it SUX....
