to edit. From TS to Emperor. There should be two different INI.files.
RA2.CSF (for RA2)RA2MD.CSF (for Yuri's Revenge). The INI.files
should be somewhere in your games directory. Or you could lnsert
the CD and look for the file(s).

i fixed it by downloading version 1.54! only had v 1.4 (im feeling
kinda dumb!) THANKS EVERYBODY
