If you try to copy a superweapon it will act like the copy but sadly it wont work like one. Ways around this is to change a superweapon in use to do something else. Or you can give the building a primary weapon that has a very high damage effect and long ROF. Now you would have to click on the building to fire the weapon. I`m sure there are other ways which act like the same manner. But its sidebar for the superweapon will not launch/fire no matter what.
